The Pink Lash Room – Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing The Pink Lash Room for your beauty needs! We are committed to providing top-quality services and a seamless experience. To ensure that all our clients receive the best care, please review and adhere to the following booking policies:
1. Appointment Booking, Confirmation & Business Hours

All services and classes are non-refundable. Store credit only ( when applicable)

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system via our website.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
-
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit should be sent via cashapp to $thepinklashroom and It will go towards your balance. There will be a 5% card processing fee for all card transaction. This fee can be avoid by paying cash.

Regular business hours are Monday-Saturday from 9am-6:30pm

Before Hours & After Hours Appointments are $65 Extra. This appointments are from 6am-8:30am & 7pm-11pm
2. Cancellation Policy
-
We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling at No Fee.
-
100% of the total amount of any scheduled service will be owed by "No Call No Show" clients, before any future service is done.

There will be a $50 flat fee for "Same Day Rescheduling."
-
There will be 50% Fee for Cancellation", and if service was paid in full , the remaining 50% will be converted to store credit.
3. Late Arrivals
-
We strive to give each client our full attention, and we want to ensure that your service is not rushed.
-
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee, depending on availability.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
-
After 10 minutes, a $20 fee will be added for every 10 minutes late. 50% of this will go towards the next client's bill to compensate them for waiting.
4. Eyelash Extension Aftercare
-
After your appointment, we strongly advise that you follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician to ensure your extensions last longer and stay in optimal condition.

After 3-4 refills, a removal and full set is required. Consistent application of lash extensions weaken the natural lash, thats why we recommend and require clients to take a break after 7 months of consistent service. During this break, they are encouraged to use a lash serum we recommend that will help strengthen and nurture their lashes during this break.

We are not responsible for damage to your lashes due to improper care or failure to follow the recommended aftercare guidelines.
5. Refunds & Service Adjustments

All services rendered at The Pink Lash Room are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to make adjustments or fix any issues at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within our quality standards.
6. Lash Extensions Classes/Training
-
All training courses require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.
-
We require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any changes made less than 7 days before the course start date.

If you fail to show up for your training session without prior notice, the full course fee will be forfeited.
7. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our priority. If you are experiencing any eye infections, allergies, or other conditions that could interfere with the lash application, please reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
8. Client Responsibility
-
Please arrive without mascara or eye makeup, or arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for removal. A $10 fee will be added if we have to remove them for you.

You must be 18 years or older to receive lash extension services. Minors may only receive services with written parental consent.
THINGS TO KNOW
1. What Are Eyelash Extensions & How Long Do They Usually Last?
-
At The Pink Lash Room we use Mink, or Silk extensions that are applied individually to the natural lash, with a medical grade adhesive, that is fume, latex and formaldehyde free.
-
A full set will last as long as your natural lash cycle, which is anywhere from 3-6 weeks.
2. Refills & Refills From Other Lash Techs
-
Refills are available for appointments ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.
-
Maintenance is the client’s responsibility, and proper care is essential for lash longevity.
-
Avoid getting lashes wet too soon.
-
Maintain good sleep posture.
-
Avoid picking, plucking, or playing with lashes.
-
Do not use excessive eye makeup or oil-based makeup removers.
-
Wash your lashes 1-2x/wk with a lash-specific shampoo to prevent buildup.
-
Always clean your eye makeup thoroughly, as buildup will cause extensions to fall off.
-
Refill Eligibility: A refill requires that you have at least 40% of your extensions remaining. If you do not meet this requirement, you will be charged for a full set, regardless of whether extensions are removed or not.

After 3 refills, you will need to book a full set, and removal if applicable. This policy is in place to preserve the health of your natural lashes.

Lash Health: Regular lash cleaning is essential. We recommend washing your lashes at least once a week with lash shampoo (available in store). Failure to clean your lashes regularly will result in premature lash loss and potential damage to your natural lashes.
3. Lash Care Guidelines

Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours after application (this includes steam, tears, showering, swimming, or using eye makeup remover).

Avoid oil-based products on or near your lashes.
-
Brush your lashes gently as needed, but never when they are wet.
-
Do not touch, play with, or pick at your lashes.
-
Do not use a lash curler.

4. Risks Associated With Lash Extensions

Potential temporary or permanent loss of natural lashes

By choosing to receive this service, you acknowledge these risks. The Pink Lash Room is not liable for any side effects that may occur. If you experience any discomfort, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment. Pictures and videos may be required to support your claim.

Please be aware that eyelash extensions may not be suitable for everyone, particularly first-time clients, and this service is non-refundable. Kindly consider all factors before booking.
5. Lash Class Models/Beauty Volunteers

Models/Volunteers will receive a full lash set (valued between $120-$300) at no charge.

Please note that these students are practicing, and risks are associated with being a model, including potential discomfort or side effects.

By volunteering as a model, you agree to participate at your own risk, and The Pink Lash Room will not be held liable for any adverse reactions.

Program Commitment

The Confidence Revival Program operates on a monthly subscription basis. By selecting your plan, you agree to a minimum commitment of 30 days from the start of your program. After this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect the following month.

Payment Terms

All payments are due at the start of each month and will be automatically charged to the payment method provided. You agree to maintain an active, valid payment method on file. If your payment is not successfully processed, you will be notified, and access to services may be temporarily suspended until payment is made.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum 30-day commitment. To cancel, please email us at [your email] with the subject line "Cancel My Program." Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

There are no refunds for partial months or unused services.

Sessions and Scheduling

All sessions (Gym Buddy, Grocery Store Tours, Meal Prep) are to be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. You are required to give 24 hours notice for any changes to scheduled appointments. No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in forfeiting the session.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, but will do our best to notify you in advance and offer alternative scheduling options.

Program Modifications

Confidence Revival reserves the right to make changes to the program, including adjustments to services, pricing, or scheduling. We will notify clients of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
